Loki Ponyby ~SetoSora

Loki became my second test subject as a custom My Little Pony. I made him for ~aREDenigma as a late birthday / christmas / being awesome present. She's absolutely loves Loki and so I just had to! That and the Avengers movie is coming out soon, so making a Loki got me in the mindset. As my second custom My Little Pony, I learned a lot but still had fun!

I figured Loki would be an Alicorn of Trickery! Being a god and all, I had no qualms making him an Alicorn. His two toned eyes show through as he uses his frost giant magic. And his cutie mark is a serpent dripping venom.

I really enjoyed making this pony! Especially Loki's helmet. Though he does have a small habit of faceplanting into the dirt. I also couldn't believe how soft his tail came out!

how did you end up making the helmet?

It's just made out of clay, and the two horns have some wire in them so they didn't fall over while drying (or when he got dropped

might I ask what clay? I have a friend who, this Christmas, wants something dealing with Loki, mlp, of dalmatians, so I am going to make a spotted white poni with a loki helmet.

That clay is Apoxie Clay. It air dries, but was kind of hard to work with. I now use Sculpy, and just back it to harden it. Good luck making your pony for your friend!
